PROJECT BRIEF:

Updating of As-built Drawings and Creation of intelligent 3D models for Halul, PS2, PS3 and PS4 (covering 23 Offshore Platforms and one island-based Crude Oil Export Terminal)

PROJECT DETAILS

·      Consolidation of all existing 2D Core and Project drawings (65,000 drawings/documents) into a single set of Master Engineering Records (16,500 MERs)

·      Site validation of all MERs to capture the As-built status

·      Standardization of all MERs as per Client’s Engineering Design, Drafting, and Data coding standard

·      Laser Scanning of 23 Offshore Platforms (Approx 4,448 Scans)

·      Site validation & conversion of all P&IDs to Intelligent P&ID format (782 Nos.)

·      Production of As-built Intelligent 3D models of all 23 platforms covering:

          a)   1,672 Equipments

         b)  8,371 Lines

         c)   6,954 Instruments

        d)  Complete Intelligent Structural models of all facilities

·      Capturing 360 Degree Color Panoramas – Excess of 5,000 Panoramic Images

·      Submission of 100% accurate 2D/3D Consistency Reports

·      Generation of Graphical Component Verification Reports

·      Extraction of 2D As-Built drawings from 3D Models

         a)   Piping GA layouts – 555 Nos.

·      Upload data into Digital Plant Solution
