Job Description
Meridian Associates, Inc. is seeking a Project Supervisor for 3D Laser Scanning Services in our Beverly office. We are seeking an individual with industrial plant and/or construction background for oversight of projects for a growing Laser Scanning Services group that is performing field data collection using laser scanning and survey systems as well as design drafting and modeling.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Project planning and project progress monitoring utilizing MS Project
- Manage scope, schedule, budget & quality for the assigned projects
- Anticipate and manage project plan deviations
- Effective team leadership, problem solving, organization & communication
- Project oversight, interface with client representatives and trade coordination

Qualifications
Qualifications for this job include good organizational and communication skills, and the ability to help others work together cooperatively. The candidate must be dedicated, self-sufficient and demonstrate a history of accountability. Willingness to travel for client interface meetings and project oversight is required.
The ideal applicant will have industrial plant and/or construction field experience; specific discipline experience in mechanical, process piping design and/or building information modeling is preferred. Individual must have MicroStation or AutoCAD experience, 3D is preferred. Proficiencies in Navisworks, CloudWorx or Cyclone, as well as field and survey experience are considered a plus.
